Seasonal honey
The colour, flavour and texture of our honey can change naturally throughout the year, depending on the flowers the bees have been visiting and the conditions around the hives. That means one batch can taste slightly different from the next. We see that as part of what makes real, local honey special — it reflects the season, the landscape and what was flowering at the time.
How it’s produced
Our honey is carefully harvested from the hives when it is ready, then gently extracted and minimally filtered to help keep its natural flavour, texture and character. We do not try to make every jar look or taste exactly the same. Instead, we keep the process simple and let the honey stay as close as possible to the way the bees produced it.
A honey for every use
Our honey is easy to enjoy in all sorts of ways, whether it is spread on toast, stirred into tea, drizzled over yoghurt, used in baking or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon. Because the flavour changes naturally between batches, it can bring something slightly different each time. It is a simple, versatile product that works just as well at breakfast as it does in cooking.

When is it available?
Our honey is produced in small batches, so stock naturally changes throughout the year depending on the strength of the colonies, the weather and how much honey the bees have produced.
We do not always have the same type or quantity available at the same time. If you would like to buy some, the best thing to do is get in touch and we can let you know what is currently available.
