Our honey starts with healthy, happy bees and flowers rich in nectar. We look after our colonies, allowing them to forage naturally in the Yorkshire countryside.
When the time is right, we carefully harvest the honey, extract it gently, and jar it here on our farm. Nothing is added, nothing is taken away — just pure, raw honey as nature intended.
Our journey from hive to jar
A simple process, carried out with care.
Bees collect nectar
Our bees forage on local flowers, gathering nectar and turning it into honey in the hive.
We harvest with care
When the honey is ready, we carefully remove the frames, making sure our bees are looked after.
Gentle extraction
We extract the honey slowly and carefully, keeping its natural goodness.
Straight to you
The honey is then filtered, jarred and labelled by hand, ready to enjoy.
Pure. Raw. Local.
Our honey is raw and minimally filtered, which means it keeps all the natural flavours, enzymes and goodness from the hive.
Each batch can taste, look and feel a little different, depending on the flowers our bees have visited and the time of year.
That’s what makes it special — it’s real honey, from real hives, not something made to be identical every time.
